The assignment was to take a master painting (assigned to me) and turn it into a grayscaled version. I used gouache, and it took me about two weeks. At the time, this assignment was pretty miserable and seemed never-ending, but seeing the final result of all my hard work made the project well worth it. I discovered how detail-oriented I am.
